1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeoVia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeoVia is an AI-powered SEO analytics platform that connects to Google Analytics and Google Search Console to provide insights, content planning, and reporting tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service - Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications - Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Google API Data

The Service accesses your Google Analytics and Google Search Console data through authorized OAuth connections. We only read your data and never modify anything in your Google accounts. Your use of Google data through our Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, content suggestions, and reports. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. AI Credits

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. When credits are exhausted, AI-powered features will be paused until credits reset or additional credits are purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeoVia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service remains your property.

10. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall SeoVia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
